Business applications
Web applications for areas such as laboratories, research and case management – built together with the users.
Erik Fjellanger Schmidt – solution architect and developer with more than 25 years of experience in .NET, Azure and Microsoft 365. Today I combine solid architecture with AI agents such as Claude, Codex and Grok.
What I build
From the first prototype to a solution in production – with a focus on code that is easy to understand, test and evolve.
Web applications for areas such as laboratories, research and case management – built together with the users.
Well-designed APIs and integrations between systems, with security and monitoring built in.
New solutions on Azure or migration from on-premises servers – with automated deployment from day one.
Intranets, migration and workflows on SharePoint Online, Teams and Power Platform.
AI in practice
AI agents are a powerful tool – but only in the hands of someone who knows what good software should look like. That's why I use AI within clear boundaries.
Requirements and ideas quickly become clickable prototypes, so the business can respond early.
Clean Architecture and CQRS set clear boundaries that all code – including generated code – has to fit within.
AI agents speed up code, tests and documentation, while experience and judgement make sure the solution holds up.
Automated tests, pipelines in Azure DevOps and monitoring with Application Insights.
